In portogallo il movimento liberty si chiama "Arte nova"
Portugal doesn't hold many "Arte Nova" buildings, not as much as most of the other main european countries, nevertheless it has a nice tradition of eclecticism and neo romantic, escpecially in manor for foreigners as in Sintra, near Lisbon.
More buildings can be found in the north, for example in Aveiro and in Porto, where british influence has always been great.
We can note that, generally, Art nouveau buildings here were built much later than in France or Belgium, even towards WWI.
