The difference between Brussels and Antwerp is that in Antwerp the decoration of the facades strongly is expressed. The backsides of the houses are on the contrary quite normal and the interiors rather traditional. Nothing about; light, room, fresh air, harmonic forms to live in, and other idealistic ideas of those times. But the houses are beautiful! And sometimes even a little bit over the top.
