One can point out that this building isn't very much Art Nouveau. In fact its building year is already too late, and the period is more modernist and rationalist, more geometric and one can already foresee here Art Deco.

To support the issue of having reviewed this building in a Modern-style dedicated site, we have some decorations, and the remarkable irons of the balconies and of the bowindow, that display asome degree of vegetal shapes. Such irons are a good example of the path between the true floreal and "heavy" decorations of the turn of the century and the more straightforward lines of the twenties.
